- All orders are processed immediately upon successful payment confirmation via Pinelabs.
- For orders eligible for local delivery, dispatch happens almost instantly. For standard courier shipments, products are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Delivery Timelines
Our delivery time ranges from 10 minutes to 5 days, strictly depending on your delivery Pincode:
- Hyper-Local Delivery (10 Minutes to Same Day): If your delivery address is in a nearby location serviceable by our internal Self-Delivery team, you can receive your order in as little as 10 minutes.
- Standard Delivery (Up to 5 Days): For other locations across the region, we use trusted courier partners like Bluedart and Delhivery. These shipments typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
3. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that the maximum delivery days may be extended due to factors beyond our control:
- Logistical Issues: Unforeseen delays caused by our delivery partners (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, routing issues).
- Public Holidays: Sundays, national holidays, and regional holidays may affect processing and transit times.
- External Factors: Extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or local strikes.
We will proactively notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Once your order is dispatched via a courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment. For hyper-local self-delivery, our team will contact you directly on your provided phone number prior to arrival.
6. Receiving Your Order
- Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the provided address to receive the package.
- Important: We highly recommend inspecting the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with or severely damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately within 24 hours as per our Refund and Return Policy.
